Israeli Consul’s Son Arrested in Florida Gets Into Prison Fight

Avraham Gil, a 19-year-old who is the son of the Israeli consul in Miami, was reportedly involved in a fight in prison. This incident comes after his arrest last month, where he was accused of running over a police officer. Avraham’s altercation within the prison walls reportedly arose from a dispute over hot dogs.

Gil, who had previously been sentenced to house arrest, had to make a return to the Miami County jail for the purpose of updating his photograph. It was during this time that he found himself embroiled in a heated argument with another inmate. The other party in the dispute was 32-year-old Blake Elvis Armos. The disagreement escalated to the point where Armos physically attacked Gil.

According to the report, the argument that led to the fight was centered around the ingredients of the hot dog. However, it remains unclear as to why this topic sparked such a fierce altercation between the two inmates.

It is important to note that this is not the first time Avraham Gil has found himself in legal trouble. He is the son of the Israeli consul in Miami, Eli Gil. Avraham is currently facing an indictment for running over a police officer while he was riding his motorcycle. This incident occurred after he resisted arrest in Sunny Isles Beach, a city in Miami. The police officer, who had signaled for Gil to stop, was reportedly run over by him with intent, as stated in the indictment.
