Hamas Captures Israeli Lawyer in Terrifying October 7 Assault: Disturbing Video Emerges

A shocking video has emerged online showing the moment Hamas militants kidnapped 40-year-old Israeli lawyer Amit Soussana during a surprise attack on October 7. The footage captures the lawyer fiercely resisting the seven Hamas gunmen as they forcibly took her from her home in Kibbutz Kfar Azza and transported her to Gaza.

In the video, Soussana can be seen desperately fighting against her captors, even kicking them in an attempt to escape. However, her struggle leads to one of the gunmen losing his balance and dropping her, causing the rest of the group to pause and form a protective circle around her. Eventually, Soussana was wrapped in a white sheet and taken to the Gaza Strip.

The bravery displayed by Soussana during the ordeal has garnered attention on social media, with many praising her fighting spirit. A tweet by Yoni Leviatan shared the video and described her as a “lioness” for fighting off her kidnappers.

According to the New York Post, Soussana was among the last group of hostages released by Hamas on Thursday. She was freed alongside Israeli-French citizen Mia Schem, and a total of 10 hostages were released that day.

Reports from the Times of Israel revealed that Soussana lived alone in Kibbutz Kfar Azza and had sought refuge in a safe room before being kidnapped.

In response to the October 7 attack, Israel launched a massive campaign involving airstrikes, artillery, naval strikes, and a ground offensive into Gaza. According to Palestinian officials, more than 15,500 people, mostly civilians, have been killed as a result.

As part of a truce agreement, Hamas released 80 Israeli women, children, and teenagers over the past week in exchange for Palestinians held in Israeli jails.
