DDA Unveils Diwali Housing Scheme 2023: Discover the Properties, Price Range, and Availability

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is launching its biggest housing initiative, the DDA Housing Scheme 2023, just in time for Diwali. This scheme will offer potential buyers the opportunity to acquire apartments in various locations including Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, and Greater Noida.

The DDA plans to release approximately 32,000 flats in the Delhi-NCR region on a ‘First Come First Serve’ basis. Currently, 24,000 flats are ready for occupancy, with the construction of the remaining 8,500 expected to be completed within the next six months. These flats will cater to different income groups, ranging from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) to Super High-Income Groups (SHIG), including luxury flats.

The available flats are situated in Narela, Dwarka, Sector 19B, Dwarka Sector-14, Vasant Kunj, and Loknayak Puram in the planned phase. The distribution of flats in various categories and locations is as follows:

– Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) category: Over 700 flats
– Middle-Income Group (MIG) category: 900 flats
– Super High-Income Group (SHIG) category: 170 flats
– Penthouses: 14

In Narela, there are more than 5,000 flats available in the EWS category, 1,900 flats in the MIG category, and 1,600 flats in the HIG category. In Loknayak Puram, there are approximately 200 flats in the EWS category and around 600 flats in the MIG category.

The price range for these flats varies according to the category. EWS flats are expected to be available for sale between Rs 11 lakh and Rs 14 lakh. LIG flats are estimated to be priced between Rs 14 lakh and Rs 30 lakh. MIG flats are likely to start at around Rs 1 crore, while HIG flats are expected to be priced at approximately Rs 2.5 crore. SHIG flats are anticipated to have a starting price of around Rs 3 crore.

To apply for the scheme, interested buyers can visit the official DDA website at dda.gov.in and create login credentials by providing their PAN and other necessary details.
