Bruna Biancardi, girlfriend of Brazilian footballer Neymar, experienced a terrifying incident when her house in Cotia, Sao Paulo was invaded and robbed by three criminals. Fortunately, Bruna and her newborn baby were not at home during the attack. However, her parents, who were present, were tied up by the intruders. Luckily, they did not sustain any injuries.
The incident came to light when neighbors noticed suspicious activity in the house and immediately called security. The gang fled the scene upon realizing that they had been discovered. The police were able to apprehend a 20-year-old man who was involved in the crime.
According to the Sao Paulo Department of Public Security, the three armed men entered the residence and overpowered the 50-year-old and 52-year-old victims. They stole purses, watches, and jewelry before attempting to escape. While one suspect has been arrested, efforts are underway to identify and apprehend the other two perpetrators.
The Municipal Civil Guard revealed that the two armed suspects specifically targeted Bruna Biancardi and her newborn baby, Maive. The arrested suspect is a resident of the same building where the Biancardi family resides, raising suspicions that he may have facilitated the entry of the other criminals.
Taking to Instagram stories, Bruna Biancardi reassured her followers that although material belongings were stolen, the most important thing was that everyone was safe and that the culprits were being pursued. Neymar also took to social media to express his sadness about the incident involving Bruna’s parents and also shared the news of a friend’s unfortunate passing.
Meanwhile, Neymar and Bruna recently welcomed their daughter, Mavie, into the world. Although they have kept their relationship private, they made their Instagram debut as a couple in 2022. Neymar shared adorable photos of himself with his newborn daughter and expressed gratitude for her presence in their lives.
