A man in Texas remained calm and composed as a game warden searched his vehicle for drugs, all while holding a cup filled with methamphetamine, according to officials. The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department reported that the game warden conducted a traffic stop after noticing a pickup truck with broken lights and other transportation violations near Lubbock. During the stop, the driver and passenger waited with a deputy while the game warden checked the driver’s information. At one point, with permission from the deputy, the driver retrieved a burrito and a 44-ounce drink from the truck. When the game warden asked for consent to search the vehicle, the driver confidently complied, denying the presence of any drugs. However, when the game warden asked to inspect the driver’s drink, the driver hesitated but eventually handed it over. Inside the drink, the game warden discovered an orange bag containing 5 grams of a substance that tested positive for methamphetamine. The driver admitted that the substance was indeed methamphetamine and was subsequently taken into custody.
