Former Trump Lawyer Exposes Potential Timeline for Trump’s Incarceration

Former White House attorney, Ty Cobb, has predicted that former President Donald Trump may end up in jail due to a violation of a gag order. Trump is currently facing two gag orders in relation to his social media attacks on individuals involved in his various court cases. Last week, he was fined $10,000 for violating the gag order in a New York civil case, which prohibits him from disparaging court staff. However, Cobb believes that the other gag order, imposed by U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan in his Washington, D.C. election interference case, is more significant. This order prohibits Trump from disparaging prosecutors, court staff, or potential witnesses. Despite this, Trump continues to violate the order, and Cobb predicts that the judge will not tolerate it and may impose a heavier penalty, including potentially sending Trump to jail for a night or a weekend. The conversation between Cobb and CNN’s Erin Burnett can be viewed in the embedded video below.
