After the settlement of talks regarding his retention by the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) season in 2024, a video emerged on social media showing Dhoni behind the wheel of a Mercedes G class car. The video, shared by Dhoni’s ‘tennis partner’ Sumeet Kumar Bajaj, was believed to be taken in Ranchi.

Dhoni’s love for cars and bikes is well-known to his fans. He frequently shares videos on social media, showcasing his rides on vintage bikes or posh cars. This recent video of him driving a Mercedes is just another example of his passion.

What caught the attention of fans was the car’s registration number, 0007, a figure that Dhoni has worn throughout his cricketing career. Even today, he continues to wear the No. 7 jersey for Chennai Super Kings in the IPL.
