Hezbollah Unprepared to Accept Condition

The Kuwaiti newspaper, “Al-Jarida” has today (Tuesday) reported that France is actively making changes to the draft agreement between Israel and Hezbollah. The alterations pertain to the ongoing negotiations about the removal of the terrorist organization beyond the Litani Line in Lebanon. Sources in Lebanon have expressed their disapproval of the British proposal which calls for the erection of guard towers in the south of the country. Their concern is that these towers will solely focus on Lebanon and have the capability to monitor a 40 km limit from the border. The report further states that Paris is gearing up for a special meeting on this issue this week. This meeting is said to have been coordinated with the US, and will include representatives from Lebanon.

In related news, the French newspaper “Liberation” disclosed yesterday that the Hezbollah organization possesses a secret and more advanced tunnel network than that of Hamas in Gaza. This revelation comes at a time when Israel is actively working to dismantle the tunnel infrastructure of the terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip. According to the report, Hezbollah’s underground infrastructure stretches for hundreds of kilometers, reaching as far as Israel and potentially into Syrian territory as well.

Since the commencement of the fighting in the north, residents have warned the military about the Shia terrorist organization’s tunnel construction outside of Israel. The head of the regional council Mata Asher and the chairman of the confrontation line forum Moshe Davidovich, have stated, “We are keeping a close eye on the happenings in the northern sector, with a particular focus on Lebanon and Syria. When you witness the so-called unveiling of the metro in Gaza in May 2021, and more specifically, on December 17, the unveiling of the strategic tunnel – the inevitable question arises – ‘If this is what Hamas has, then what does Hezbollah have?’”
