Yle Commemorates Maria Jungner with a TV Announcement

Yle, the Finnish broadcasting company where Jungner had spent a significant duration of her career, took the time to fondly remember her during a broadcast on their TV1 channel. The broadcast served as a platform to remember Jungner’s contributions and her abrupt, unexpected passing.

The tribute to Jungner was aired post the five o’clock news. The memorial words were eloquently delivered by fellow announcer Gedi Lindahl.
