Despite being the reigning German champions, the Berlin Volleys lost a crucial point due to the two sets they lost in this match.

The Berlin Volleys and the Grizzlys Giesen are engaged in a long-distance competition as the main round approaches its end on March 9th. Both teams are vying for the top position and a chance to proceed to the play-offs.
