Nayanthara, a popular actor, recently received a luxurious birthday gift from her husband, director Vignesh Shivan. As a token of love, he surprised her with a brand new Mercedes Maybach. Nayanthara expressed her gratitude towards her husband and shared a heartfelt note on social media, along with two photos of the car’s logo. She described it as the “most sweetest birthday gift”. The actor celebrated her 39th birthday on November 18, and her husband shared a cute photo on Instagram, showing him and their two sons, Uyir and Ulag, celebrating her special day. The celebrations also included a cake-cutting ceremony.
Although Nayanthara did not reveal the exact model of the car in the photos, there are two Maybach models available in India – the Mercedes-Benz Maybach GLS and Maybach S-Class. Both of these models come with a hefty price tag of over Rs 3 crore each.
Nayanthara’s post received an overwhelming response from her fans, with over 5.7 lakh likes and numerous comments. The actor made her debut in Hindi cinema with the movie “Jawan”, which starred Shah Rukh Khan. In a recent list of top 10 movie stars released by IMDb, Nayanthara secured the fifth position, followed by Tamannaah Bhatia, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Sobhita Dhulipala.
During a recent Ask Me Anything (AMA) session on X (formerly Twitter), Shah Rukh Khan shared his experience of working with Nayanthara in “Jawan”. He praised her beauty and acting skills, mentioning that she had added immense value to her role. He also expressed his hope that her fans in Tamil Nadu would fall in love with her all over again, and that the Hindi audience would appreciate her hard work.
Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan tied the knot on June 9, 2022, and the couple welcomed their sons through surrogacy in October 2022.
