Islamic Jihad Unleashes Disturbing Hostage Video, Shaking Global Security

The Palestinian group Islamic Jihad has released a video showing an elderly woman and a teenage boy being held hostage. The Israeli military has called the video “psychological warfare.” The hostage-takers have stated that they are willing to release the hostages on humanitarian grounds once certain security conditions are met.
