The boards of Lehto Asunnot Oy, Lehto Tilat Oy and Lehto Korjausrakentanimen Oy have decided to file bankruptcy applications for the companies. Lehto is evaluating options for continuing, selling or reorganizing the operations of the parent company and its remaining subsidiaries.
In other news, four earnings announcements were made by eQ, Inderes, Finnish and Witted Megacorp. Asset manager eQ’s operating profit increased to 9.8 million euros from 6.3 million euros. Inderes’s ebita operating profit remained steady at 0.2 million euros. Suominen’s comparable operating profit in the fourth quarter was 0.7 million euros. Witted’s ebita result adjusted for non-recurring items was 0.4 million euros.
Several investment recommendations and target prices have also been updated. Inderes has adjusted Enenton’s recommendation to the add level from the buy level, with the target price remaining at 21.00 euros. Inderes has also raised Springvestin’s target price to 5.50 euros from 4.70 euros. OP has elevated Nordic from the buy level to the add level of the recommendation, with the target price remaining at 13.00 euros. OP has also increased Pihlajalinna’s target price to 8.50 euros from 8.30 euros.
