S-bank has detected problems with the login process, as unveiled in message service X around 2:45 p.m. on Saturday.
The bank has clarified that these disturbances are primarily affecting login attempts into S-mobile, causing potential unsuccessful attempts.
By 3:30 p.m, the bank further disclosed that sporadic disturbances have also been observed on S-bank’s website and during login attempts into the online banking service. These disturbances might hinder access to the website or the online banking login process.
S-bank regrets this situation and has committed to investigating the root cause of these disturbances. Unfortunately, the bank is unable to provide an estimated duration for these disturbances at this time.
