Access Hollywood obtained the certificate, which indicates that an autopsy has been conducted. However, NBC News previously reported that the initial findings were inconclusive pending toxicology results. The document also mentions that the 54-year-old star was laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles, in close proximity to the Warner Bros.
