The incident took place at around 1:30 a.m. at the Amelia Auto Sales 42 on Spring Grove Avenue. The chain of events began with a traffic stop in District Four. Upon making contact with the driver, she fled the scene. However, law enforcement officers opted not to pursue the vehicle.
