Snake Smuggler Arrested in Elvish Yadav Case Proclaimed as Top in the Trade

The Noida police are currently investigating YouTuber and Big Boss winner Elvish Yadav for his alleged involvement in using snake venom at rave parties. Yadav, who is 26 years old, has denied all the accusations made against him.

The police arrested five individuals after an NGO called People for Animals (PFA) set a trap by posing as customers and contacting the accused to arrange cobras and pythons for a party they were supposedly hosting.

In a phone call recording between one of the accused, Rahul, and a PFA member named Gaurav Gupta, Rahul claims that he brings snakes from other states due to the tight security in Delhi. Gupta provided the police with the recorded conversation.

During the conversation, Gupta asks Rahul if he has arranged a python, to which Rahul responds, “Don’t worry, you’ll get the python snake.” Rahul also claims to have been involved in this illegal activity for the past 15 years.

Rahul further adds that there will be a trainer present at the party so that children can take pictures with the snakes. He also mentions that they have removed the venom from all the snakes.

When the PFA representative, pretending to be a customer, asked Rahul how he arranged snakes for Elvish Yadav’s parties, Rahul replied, “There are foreigners at his party, and the event is usually big. Elvish Yadav has many contacts, and even the police don’t come whenever we organize parties in Delhi’s Chhattarpur.” Rahul also claimed that Yadav’s parties only last for 30 minutes, and they are always the first ones to leave to avoid getting caught.

Another individual claiming to be a snake charmer told Gupta that organizing the reptiles for such parties involves taking risks, as the government has banned the possession of snakes.

Gupta mentioned that he got the contact number from Elvish Yadav himself, to which the person on the phone replied, “Oh! Elvish gave you my number. If he has given you the number, then you ask him about the price.”

The accused also claimed that Yadav has called him to the studio in Noida multiple times and has organized parties in Film City as well. They stated that Yadav pays them Rs 31,000 for such events.

The police have taken action and have rescued nine snakes, including cobras, from the possession of those arrested. They have also sent the seized snake venom for testing to determine if it has psychotropic properties that induce a party drug-like effect in the human body.

During questioning, the five accused individuals admitted to supplying snake venom at rave parties allegedly organized by Elvish Yadav.

Snake venom addiction, also known as ophidism, is a dangerous and unusual form of substance abuse where individuals intentionally expose themselves to snake venom for recreational purposes.
