An Ohio man tragically lost his life in a waterskiing accident while on his honeymoon in the Caribbean, just three days after getting married. Nate Kuhlman and Mariana Garcia Kuhlman tied the knot on October 28 and decided to celebrate their union in St. Lucia. The exact details of the incident are still unclear, but the family has set up a GoFundMe page to raise funds for various expenses related to the tragedy. As of Tuesday morning, they have managed to collect $51,525, which will go towards plane tickets to St. Lucia, immediate passport issuance, funeral costs, and other unforeseen expenses. Prior to this, another GoFundMe page dedicated to Nate had already raised a substantial amount of $53,361. Nate’s mother, Heather Kuhlman, expressed her shock and devastation on Facebook, stating that his death had caught the family completely off guard. On Monday, she updated her social media to inform friends and well-wishers that she would be traveling to St. Lucia and would require some time to gather her thoughts alongside the rest of the family once they returned home.
