Italian furniture company B&B Italia has partnered with the Waldorf Astoria Residences New York to offer fully furnished residences. The Park Avenue hotel will begin welcoming future residents in late 2022. The residences, designed by Jean-Louis Deniot, will range from studios to four-bedroom apartments and will be available in two decorative styles: “Chiaro” for cool palettes and “Scuro” for warm tones. Buyers will have the option to choose accents and accessories for their homes, as well as hand-select light fixtures, linens, towels, wall coverings, table treatments, glassware, and curated artwork. The Waldorf Astoria’s Residential Gallery will feature an onsite B&B Italia Design Studio for private appointments. The hotel, currently undergoing a $1 billion renovation, will offer 375 residential apartments within The Towers of the Waldorf Astoria. Residents will have access to over 50,000 square feet of amenities, including a fitness center, swimming pool, and private spas.
