Student Gets Electrocuted After Being Thrown into Power Line

In Boise, USA, a young woman is seen hanging upside down nine meters high, her leg caught in a rope. Her long blonde hair is fluttering in the wind as the sun sets in the background.

However, this is not an artistic act but the aftermath of a horrific accident. The rope she is hanging from is a power line!

The shocking incident happened around three years ago in Boise, the capital of the US state of Idaho.

At the time, Kennedy Littledike (now 19) was driving with two friends when she lost control of her car.

Kennedy shared her story on the internet, stating: “God has a plan for me and he is the one that wants me here.”

Kennedy told the Daily Mail about the accident: “Our car hit a lamp post, we overturned and skidded. None of us were wearing seatbelts, we all flew out of the car.”

She described how she was thrown several meters into the air and got her leg caught on the power line. Her femur broke on the cable and was hanging in front of her face.

The accident completely destroyed the car. Kennedy was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the vehicle

Amazingly, Kennedy did not bleed to death as the main artery in her leg was pinched by the power cable. She survived the terrible accident but continues to grapple with its aftermath.

Kennedy underwent 21 surgeries

She had to endure 21 operations due to fractures in her arms, legs, and collarbone. The most severe operation was the amputation of her left leg.

Learning about her amputation, Kennedy said: “I was sixteen years old and all my dreams disappeared. I fell into myself.”

Kennedy after the accident: She was left scarred and had to have her leg amputated. She also suffered several broken bones in her arms and collarbone

Despite her ordeal, Kennedy accepted her fate. She named her stump Gobi and decided to share her story on the internet, including pictures from the hospital and with her prosthesis on Instagram.

To her 42,000 followers, she wrote: “I was thinking about whether I should even publish it or not. But I decided to do it because I want to be the one to share these pictures with others.”
