Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu criticized a video released by Hamas, calling it “cruel psychological propaganda.” The video, according to Hamas, depicted three hostages who were allegedly captured during a series of attacks on October 7th. Netanyahu compared Hamas to the Islamic State group, referring to them as “Hamas-ISIS.” He identified the three women in the video as Yelena Trupanob, Daniel Aloni, and Rimon Kirsht, and expressed his commitment to bringing all abducted and missing individuals back home.
Israel claims that 239 people were kidnapped during the October 7th attacks, resulting in the death of 1,400 individuals. In response, Hamas states that over 8,300 people have been killed in Israel’s retaliatory strikes on the Gaza Strip.
