The youngest member of the Delon family, Alain-Fabien, recently shared a sequence on his Instagram story on Sunday that depicted his father, Alain Delon, watching a film in which he starred – Flic Story by Jacques Deray.
This video comes as a moment of tranquility amidst the storm that has been raging within the Delon family. The family has been embroiled in disputes for several weeks regarding the health condition of the 88-year-old patriarch, Alain Delon. Alain-Fabien, the youngest of the Delon siblings, shared the video on Sunday, February 18, which showed their father in his home in Douchy.
In the video, the iconic French actor Alain Delon can be seen engrossed in the film Flic Story (1975), a work by Jacques Deray which was being re-broadcast on television that Sunday evening. Alain Delon co-starred in this film with Jean-Louis Trintignant. “Watching dad and dad on Sunday” was the comment added by his 29-year-old son, Alain-Fabien. The video also provided a glimpse of Alain Delon’s refuge located in Loiret, showing the star with his graying hair and eyes fixed on the screen.
This shared moment between father and son is far from ordinary, considering the turmoil within the Delon family in recent months. Following the dismissal of the Hiromi Rollin case by the courts, Anthony Delon, another son of Alain Delon, revealed in an interview with Paris Match that he had lodged a complaint against his sister, Anouchka. He claimed that she had been hiding the true state of their father’s health. Alain-Fabien took his elder brother Anthony’s side and also lodged a complaint against his sister, accusing her of “abuse of weakness”. On Instagram, Alain-Fabien shared a video in which Anouchka is seen making stern remarks to Alain Delon, who remains strangely silent in the clip.
