Berlin Fire Department Deploys 60 Personnel On Site

A chlorine gas leak occurred at the Hotel Hilton in Mitte on Monday evening, as reported by the Berlin fire department. Two employees experienced respiratory irritation due to the leak and received on-site treatment from emergency services. The fire department spokesperson assured that there is no current threat to the hotel’s residents.

The chlorine gas allegedly leaked in the hotel’s sealed technical room located on Mohrenstrasse. The fire department, with approximately 60 emergency service providers, was present at the location.
