Greg Gutfeld Offers Guidance to Women Considering Abortion

In response to the passing of a ballot measure in Ohio to protect abortion access, Greg Gutfeld of Fox News placed blame on women for their fear of childbirth. Gutfeld argued that most individuals who choose abortion are driven by a fear that is greater than the actual reality. Speaking on his show, The Five, Gutfeld referred to the decision to undergo the procedure as a “denial of transformational change.” He claimed that having a baby brings about a significant transformation in a woman’s life, and that fear drives individuals to choose abortion instead. Gutfeld’s comments were made in the context of several of his colleagues at Fox News acknowledging that Republican-sponsored initiatives to restrict or eliminate abortion rights may not align with the desires of the American people.
