Prime Minister Narendra Modi Interrupts Telangana Rally to Urge Citizens to Descend from Towers

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi interrupted his speech at a poll rally in Telangana to urge people to come down from towers, expressing concern for their safety. A video of the incident during a rally in Nirmal, Telangana has been circulating on social media. This comes after a similar incident in Hyderabad where the Prime Minister asked a woman to get down from a tower-like structure.

In his speech, Prime Minister Modi requested those who had climbed the tower to come down, emphasizing the crowdedness and the risk of someone falling off. He apologized for the inconvenience caused by the crowdedness but assured the crowd that his message of love would reach them. He also acknowledged a little girl in the audience waving the Tricolour, complimenting her on her enthusiasm.

This is not the first time the Prime Minister has intervened in such a situation. During a rally in Hyderabad on November 11, he asked a young woman to climb down from a makeshift tower with lights installed on it when she was trying to convey something to him. He emphasized that it was not safe and that he was there for the people’s benefit.

As the Telangana Assembly polls on November 30 approach, Prime Minister Modi is extensively campaigning in the state. The incumbent Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) is striving to retain power, while the Congress and BJP are making efforts to challenge the ruling party led by K Chandrashekar Rao.

During the rally in Nirmal, Prime Minister Modi criticized the current Telangana government, accusing them of not providing houses to the poor and claiming that they were holding onto their properties. He promised that if the BJP formed the government in Telangana, houses would be immediately given to the poor, guaranteeing it as his commitment.

The incident has gained attention on social media, with many praising the Prime Minister for his concern for the safety of the people in attendance.
