Russia Downs 38 Drones Over Crimea, Limits Traffic Around Port of Feodosia

According to reports by the state news agency RIA, the Russian Defense Ministry has announced that they have successfully destroyed 38 drones which were launched by Ukraine over the Crimean peninsula.
