A 21-year-old suspect involved in a killing in Hillsborough County, Florida, has surrendered to authorities and has been found to be engaged in a “sexual relationship” with a minor. Osmin Castillo turned himself in to the Orient Road Jail on Sunday, as reported by deputies. The incident in question took place on September 23, where a domestic-related homicide occurred on Sanchez Ranch Lane in Wimauma. The victim, an adult male, was discovered dead with severe upper body injuries. Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office expressed their satisfaction with the arrest, stating that justice was served and that the removal of this dangerous criminal from the streets was a testament to their dedicated team. During the investigation, it was revealed that Castillo had been involved in a sexual relationship with a child under the age of 16. As a result, Castillo faces multiple charges, including second-degree murder with a weapon, nine counts of lewd and lascivious battery, three counts of transmitting child pornography within the state through electronic means, three counts of involving a child in a sexual performance, and three counts of possessing child pornography.
