In the latest episode of Karan Johar’s talk show “Koffee With Karan 8,” actors Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra appeared as guests. Their former co-star from the film “Student Of The Year,” Alia Bhatt, who was absent from the show, sent a special video message. Alia began the video by saying, “We made our debut together on the ‘Koffee With Karan’ couch. It was an unforgettable debut because of my unforgettable mistake (the President answer oopsie). But I had to be a part of this episode in some way. I am so glad that ‘Koffee’ asked me to give this byte because otherwise, I would have felt major FOMO.”
In her video message, Alia Bhatt shared some interesting facts about her co-stars. She revealed that her pet dog Edward was a gift from her former boyfriend and co-star Sidharth Malhotra. Alia also praised Sidharth’s singing skills and described him as a healthy person who doesn’t party much but knows how to get the party started. She also mentioned his sense of humor and shared a funny incident of him falling asleep at his own birthday party. Alia mentioned that Sidharth takes time to open up but is very chivalrous and well-mannered. She further added that his warm and kind eyes are the reason behind his massive fan following. Alia expressed her gratitude towards Sidharth for giving her the first love of her life, which is her dog Edward.
Regarding Varun Dhawan, Alia revealed three lesser-known facts about him. She mentioned that Varun has a unique way of pronouncing “banana” as “banena.” She also disclosed that Varun answers calls from his family members and aunts by saying “Pairi pauna.” Alia acknowledged Varun’s competitive nature, especially with her.
