It was crazy.” Photos from the incident show a red Honda Civic with its front smashed in and the front right tire turned on its side.

Another witness, Ismael Ramon, revealed that he had been on the phone with 911 until they arrived at the scene. Eyewitnesses reported that a 28-year-old woman was driving a red Honda Civic at high speed and intentionally going against traffic on Fox Street. The collision occurred between the woman’s car and a 23-year-old man on a moped near Intervale Avenue in Longwood.
