Tragic Outcome: Raytown Teen Succumbs to Injuries After Brutal Dog Attack

A teenager in Raytown, Missouri has tragically lost his life after an apparent dog attack. The Raytown Police Department is currently investigating the incident, which occurred on November 14. At around 3:40 p.m., authorities responded to a residence near E. 77th Street and Elm Avenue after receiving a report of an unresponsive individual.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a 15-year-old boy with severe injuries. The victim, identified as Makai Williams, was immediately transported to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries on November 17. The police determined that the injuries were a result of a dog mauling.

Two American Bully mixed breed dogs, believed to be responsible for the attack, have been impounded from the property. However, no arrests have been made thus far. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
